Assisting the general manager in leading the restaurant staff.

Must have five years of restaurant experience with at least two of those being in a management role.

Must be reliable and responsible.  Capable of dealing with the patrons in a positive manner. Willing to help the staff and fill in when needed.  Computer skills are a plus.  

40-45 hours a week.  Two days off.   Paid week vacation after six months.

Salary starting at $800-1000 per week depending on experience.
